Important Documents Needed
- Proof of Address: Aadhaar Card, Utility Bills (Electricity, Water), Rent Agreement, or Bank Passbook.
- Proof of Date of Birth: Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or 10th/12th Marks Card.
- For Renewal/Update: Original old passport along with self-attested copies of the first and last two pages.
- For Name Change/Address Change: Specific marriage certificate, gazette notification, or relevant address proof required.
